The fiber starts the color of the carpet. It is not dyed to create a color. Solution-dyed is kind of like the color of a carrot. For example, when you cut a carrot, the color is orange. The color remains the same throughout the carrot. Solution-dyed carpet works the same way. To clarify, Soft Pure color means the color goes all the way through the fiber.
