Sawgrass Exceptional Polyester Carpet by Dream Weaver is a 42-ounce soft pure color.  In other words, Pure Color is Dream Weaver’s proprietary brand of solution-dyed fiber.  The fiber starts the color of the carpet.  It is not dyed to create a color.  Solution-dyed is kind of like the color of a carrot.  For Example, when you cut a carrot, the color is orange.  The color remains the same throughout the carrot.  Solution-dyed carpet works the same way.  To clarify, Soft Pure color means the color goes all the way through the fiber.  As a result, the color is beautiful and vivid for the life of the carpet.  The color won’t fade, wear off or stain.  However, that’s not all that makes this carpet special.
