Chapel Stone Brookton Commercial Carpet is a 20-ounce weight.  This is commercially rated and carefully constructed for high foot traffic.  Consequently, that is why you see a commercial carpet in office buildings and retail stores.  For this reason, it normally has a shorter pile height.  Residential carpet typically has Longer fibers that can be prone to crushing and distorted by high levels of foot traffic.
